I met Brandon at an exhibition in the shopping center on Rua Miguel de Bombarda, in Porto — a space known for its vibrant art scene and for revealing talent. Among so many works, there was a moment of inner silence. Upon encountering Brandon's canvases, I had the rare sensation of being in the presence of a precious thing. Something genuine. Something that needed to be seen by the world.
There was finesse. There was strength. There was an expressiveness that cannot be explained — it is felt.
We talked for only five minutes, but it was enough for a deep connection to be established. I felt at home in that brief conversation. An immediate, almost intuitive empathy. We exchanged business cards. Later, I sent him a message expressing my interest in learning more about his work. I was truly impressed by the technical quality, the sensitivity, and the presence that each canvas carried.
We met again. And it was in this second meeting that I understood that it wasn't just aesthetic admiration — it was recognition. Recognition of potential. Of artistic maturity. Of identity.
I then decided to take a bigger step: to bring his work to Paris.
I introduced Brandon to a close friend, a gallery owner in the city, whose eye is discerning and experienced. The reaction was immediate—the same enchantment, the same certainty. His work transcends geographical boundaries because it speaks a universal language: emotion, depth, and truth.
What was born there was not just a professional partnership. It was a connection of soul and purpose.
Today, I feel immense pride in representing Brandon, in projecting his art internationally, and in contributing to him occupying the place he deserves in the contemporary art scene.
His work doesn't ask for space—it creates it.
And the world is ready to see it.
